Refund Policy for Digital Products

Eligibility for Refunds


Refunds are applicable only in cases where the digital product purchased by the user is found to have a defect, technical issue, or does not function as described at the time of purchase.

Requesting a Refund

    • Users must report the issue with the product within 7 days of purchase.
    • The issue must be clearly described, and supporting evidence (such as screenshots, error logs, etc.) must be provided to validate the claim.

Refund Process

 

 

    • Once the issue is verified and deemed valid by our support team, the refund will be processed.
    • Refunds are not credited back to the original payment method; instead, they will be added to the user’s wallet on our website.
    • Users can use the wallet balance to purchase other products or services available on the website.

Wallet Credit Expiry

 

 

    • Refund credits added to the user’s wallet must be used within 30 days from the date of credit.
    • If the wallet credits are not used within this period, they will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.

Non-Refundable Cases

 


Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
    • If the user fails to report the issue within the specified 7-day period.
    • If the issue is caused by improper use or modification of the product by the user.
    • If the product is incompatible with the user’s system, environment, or software due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., outdated software versions).
    • If the product has been downloaded and used without any reported defect.

Wallet Terms

    • Wallet balances are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.
    • Any unused wallet credits will expire automatically after 30 days from the date of credit.
    • It is the user’s responsibility to utilize the wallet balance within the specified validity period.

Support for Issues

    • Our support team is available to assist users in resolving any issues before initiating a refund.
    • In many cases, we may offer product updates, replacements, or fixes to address reported problems.
