Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories

Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are used, physically damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, etc.)

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank or UPI details for the refund

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • The item is used or physically damaged

  • Return is requested after 7 days of delivery

  • The product is missing packaging or parts

  • The product is a digital item (available on Revozon.com)

Replacement Policy

If your order contains a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement. No extra shipping fee will be charged for replacement of:

  • Incorrect items

  • Faulty or non-working gadgets received on delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened accessories like charging cables, screen guards, or ear tips (unless defective)

  • Products with physical or water damage after delivery

  • Downloadable digital products (listed only on Revozon.com)

  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Packaging Guidelines

Returned products must be in their original packaging. Do not apply tape or labels directly to the product box. Products returned without proper packaging will not be accepted.
